About Our Center

Memorial Baptist Church Child Care Center is a nonprofit Christian education ministry of Memorial Baptist Church. We provide a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment for children from birth through age 12 and are licensed by the State of Michigan. Classroom schedules and staffing are tailored to each age group, with year-round care for birth through Pre-K and a summer day camp for school-age children ages 5–12.

Physical & Intellectual Growth

Daily experiences build large and small motor skills through movement and hands-on play. Our Christian-based creative curriculum introduces literacy, math, science, pre-writing and writing, music, and art.

Emotional & Social Growth

Teachers encourage a positive self-concept, healthy communication, cooperation, and age-appropriate relationships with other children and adults.

Spiritual Growth

Children learn that they are loved by God through Bible stories, songs, prayer, and Christ-centered classroom routines.

Programs & Schedule

Birth through Pre-K care is offered year-round on a seasonal schedule. Our Pre-K program prepares children ages 4–5 for school, and our School Age program offers summer day camp for children ages 5–12. Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; closed weekends, Fridays during summer, and designated holidays.

ADMISSIONS AND TUITION

Enrollment is open to the community without discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability. Families should understand that the Center’s curriculum, policies, and daily practices are distinctly Christian. Tuition rates, billing, availability, and enrollment paperwork are reviewed during a tour. Completed paperwork and a nonrefundable registration fee are required as part of enrollment.
